At DNA Watches, we specialize in luxury timepieces that are often rare, limited, pre-owned, or individually sourced. Due to the high value, uniqueness, and market-sensitive nature of luxury watches, all sales are considered final unless otherwise explicitly agreed to in writing prior to purchase.

We do not offer standard refunds, returns, or exchanges.

No Standard Returns or Refunds

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, the transaction is deemed final. This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Buyer’s remorse

• Market price fluctuations

• Preference changes after purchase

• Minor cosmetic variations consistent with the item’s disclosed condition

Customers are strongly encouraged to review all product details, images, and descriptions carefully and to contact us with any questions before completing a purchase.

Case-by-Case Review

While we do not offer automatic refunds or returns, DNA Watches understands that exceptional circumstances may arise. Any concerns related to an order may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion.

Case-by-case reviews do not guarantee a refund, return, exchange, or adjustment. Each inquiry is evaluated individually, taking into account the specific details of the transaction, the condition of the item, and any supporting information provided.

Condition Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting their timepiece promptly upon delivery. Any concerns must be communicated to us within a reasonable timeframe after receipt. Failure to notify us in a timely manner may limit our ability to review or assist with the matter.

Once a watch has been worn, resized, altered, damaged, or serviced by a third party, it is no longer eligible for review under any circumstances.

No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase with DNA Watches, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with a financial institution.

Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed by DNA Watches and may result in account restrictions or permanent refusal of future service.

Final Sale Acknowledgment

By placing an order with DNA Watches, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand that all sales are final

• You understand that any exceptions are handled solely at the discretion of DNA Watches
